Digital greetings

Each greeting is a digital product that is created and delivered as soon as payment goes through. [Decide whether refunds are offered once a link has been delivered, and within how many days.]

If something went wrong

If your greeting doesn't play, your link doesn't arrive, or you were charged more than once, send us a message through Help & Support with the email you used at checkout and we'll make it right.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. When a greeting is refunded, its private link stops working.
