Creating a greeting
How long does it take?
About five minutes. Choose an occasion and design, write your message, add your voice, photo or music if you like, preview it and check out.
Do I need an account?
No. You only need an email address at checkout so we can send you your receipt and your greeting's private link.
How does the AI writing help work?
Pick a tone (heartfelt, funny, romantic, inspirational, spiritual, appreciative or formal) and tap "Help me write it". You'll get a few ideas based on the occasion and anything you tell us about the person. Use one, combine them, or write your own. You always decide the final words.
Can I see the greeting before I pay?
Yes. On the last step, tap "See it the way they will" to open the envelope and watch it play with your voice and music, exactly as they'll see it.
Voice, photos & music
How do I record my voice?
On the "Make it personal" step, tap the red microphone button and allow your browser to use the microphone. Speak, tap Stop, then listen back. You can re-record as many times as you like. You can also upload a voice memo you've already recorded.
My microphone isn't working.
Your browser needs permission to use the microphone. If you said no by mistake, open your browser's site settings for this website and allow the microphone, then reload the page. On an iPhone, you can also record a voice memo in the Voice Memos app and upload it instead.
How long can my recording be?
It depends on the package. Memory and Living Memory include a full voice recording, and Living Memory allows the longest one. On Classic, you can add a short voice memo for a small extra charge. The builder shows the exact limit as you record.
Which packages include photos and music?
Memory and Living Memory. A Classic greeting includes the card design, animation, your message and the private link.
Sending & opening
How do I send my greeting?
As soon as your payment goes through, you'll see your private link with a copy button, and we email it to you. Text it, email it or share it any way you like.
Does the person need an app or an account?
No. They just open the link on a phone, tablet or computer, tap the envelope, and the greeting plays.
Who can open my greeting?
Each greeting has its own long, hard-to-guess link and isn't listed anywhere on the site or in search engines. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the person it's for.
I lost my link.
Search your email for your ConnectionsForever order confirmation: the link is at the top. If you can't find it, send us a message with the email address you used at checkout.
Payments & privacy
How much does a greeting cost?
You pay once per greeting, with no subscription. See the current prices for Classic, Memory and Living Memory on our pricing section.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
Please see our Refund Policy, or send us a message and we'll help.
What happens to my recording and photo?
They are stored privately and only play through your greeting's link. Photos are resized and their location data is removed when you upload them. If you'd like a greeting and its recording deleted, send us a message. See our Privacy Policy for details.
